Big Game Fishing

A Big Game Fishing trip in the ocean. Jigging, trolling and popping . This Fishing trip is going to be an extreme and will give you challenging battles against your catch. You'll be able to catch different varieties of reef fishes and ocean fishes in this trip.

As the sunrises we start trolling along the house reef outside the atoll. Using modern lures and our traditional lures we will be able to have some exciting catches. Wahoo and Sailfish are likely to catch in these trips.

Jigging is a little extreme and fun way of Big Game Fishing. If you want to many small to medium Fishes, light jigging(depth 20-100m) will be perfect. But if you want to catch some rare fishes jigging in the Deep Ocean 200-400m give you the drag that you'll  always wanted.

One of the best time for light casting or popping is the sunset. When the bright orange rays of the sun hits the ocean is the best time for popping to get some great catches like Red Snapper and Jackfish. And if you are lucky its is likely to hit a fight against the Giant Trevally.

There are many FADs ( Fish Attracting Devices) anchored in dfferent areas of Maldives. We have 3 FADs anchored within 10-15miles from our island. if you are expecting some extreme fishing experiance, FADs can be your best option. Yellow Fin Tuna, skipjack Tuna, Maahee Maahee and if you are luck enough you may get chance to fight against the great Merlin.
